How does a sale and rent back work?
Quite simply we purchase your property and you get to keep all the cash proceeds of the sale. Then rather than moving out to find a new home, you rent your property back from us and we become your landlord.
We then become responsible for all the house repairs, maintenance and upkeep. It then becomes your responsibility to pay the rent on an agreed date each month.
